Meet Lisa

A few months ago, we sat down with someone on the creative team behind one of the biggest artists in music. We were talking about StageKeep. Rehearsals, blocking, the hundred small decisions that go into getting a performance on stage. But that's not what they wanted to talk about.

They wanted to talk about their inbox. Scheduling performers. Coordination.

Not the performance itself. Everything before it. The emails that needed answers. The calendar that never stopped moving. The follow-ups that lived in their head because there was nowhere else to put them. The person responsible for some of the most watched stages in the world was losing hours a day to admin no one will ever see.

That conversation stayed with us. Once we started listening for it, we heard it everywhere.

The problem was bigger than the stage

StageKeep started with a simple observation. Performances were our product, but performances were never really the problem. The problem was everything that had to happen before one. The coordination, the communication, the hundred quiet decisions that never make it to the stage but decide whether the moment happens at all.

Once we saw that clearly, we couldn't unsee it. A choreographer's problem is a product founder's problem is a small business owner's problem. Swap "rehearsal" for "launch," swap "dancers" for "clients," and it's the same story. The work people are best at keeps getting crowded out by the work no one wants to do.

Everyone we talked to had some version of this. Performers, founders, people running physical brands and digital ones. They needed help. They couldn't justify hiring for it.

So we built one.

Meet Lisa

Lisa is a luxury AI executive assistant. Built to do the job a human EA does, for people who've never been able to justify hiring one.

Most AI tools stop at drafting. They'll write the email for you. You still have to send it. You still have to wait. You still have to read the reply and figure out what it means. Lisa doesn't stop there. She sends the email herself, from her own address. She waits for the reply. She reads it, understands it, and comes back to you with the answer, not the raw thread.

We call these Missions. You tell Lisa what you need, and she handles the people on the other end of it. She screens what reaches you. She moves your day around when something changes. She remembers who matters and what you promised them. She reports back instead of handing you more to read.

Floral artist, Jennylyn Mañaga of Maarte Flowers based out of Toronto, a solo floral studio whose work has shown up in campaigns for brands like Silk & Snow, Rare Beauty, and Kosas. One morning, a meeting moved overnight. Lisa caught it, rearranged her schedule, and let her sleep in an extra hour she didn't know she had.

Small thing. But it was also the first time she'd let Lisa speak to someone on her behalf. Right after, she texted us:

"Okay so it's my first time letting Lisa speak to someone. I feel important?????"

Not because the task was hard. Because for once, someone, something, had her back when she didn't have the time to do it herself.

She was running Maarte alone. Now she has a team.

Using AI to be anti-AI

Here's the part we care about most. We didn't build Lisa to add more machine to your day. We built her to give you less of it. Less inbox, less noise, less of the digital residue that eats the hours you meant to spend making something.

Here's how our founder, Axel Villamil, put it.

"Artists never had problems creating masterpieces. We're just giving them the freedom to be artists without having to worry about admin. We want to gatekeep their time to keep inspiring more people. The world needs more humans creating, not less."

That's the idea. Use the technology available not to generate more content, more noise, more to manage, but to make the parts of the day that were never the point disappear. Let the technology hold the noise. Let the humans hold the meaning.

We're opening the door slowly, on purpose

Lisa is live today, in an invitation only founding beta. We're keeping this small on purpose. Not because we're not ready. Because the people who need this most deserve an assistant who already knows them, not a product still finding its footing at scale.
